Hope you are doing well. It has been a while since our last update and we are here just in time for yet another festive season!
First and foremost, Toy Guard would like to wish All Our Chinese Clients – A Happy Lunar New Year & Happy Holidays to All.
Without further a do, let’s dive in for some quick update.
- Type A – Mainlines Shipment Delay
As of time of writing, probably the whole of Singapore have ran out of stock of Singapore’s Favourite Mainline Protectors. Yes, we know. The demand is as high as ever. Our last shipment stock of 5000pcs have been completely sold out and we truly appreciate your continuous support.
Probably some of you may wonder why it takes so long to get a new shipment in? Was it a delay in production planning on our side? Was something being overlooked? Were we not prepared to have a continuous supply of products to cater for the market demands?
Nothing could be more further than the truth. We had in fact planned way in advanced and had catered sufficient budget for the replenishment stock. Materials were purchased early and production was well underway to meet the CNY shipment dateline until we were hit with some unexpected complications that caused production to stop and causes production and shipment delay.
Toy Guard would like to reiterate that we are committed and stand by our Core Values to manufacture Good Quality products for our clients. If we encounter any issue(s) that we feel is not up to our expectations or standards, we would not hesitate to take necessary steps such as stopping production and delay shipment in order to rectify the issue(s).
So the delay in shipment is really because we have Your Best Interest at Heart. We care so much about our customers and want you guys to have the best possible customer experience when getting your Quality Toy Guard Products.
So hang on there as we solve the issues at our end. Our new target dateline will be end of Mar 24. All good things takes time so have a lil bit more patience k guys! 🙂
2. New Product Update
i)Type B – Main Line Multi Vertical Type
ii) Type D – Premium Multi Vertical Type
As previously we announced, we are hard at work behind the scene to finalised the design concept for these 2 new protectors type. Incorporating all the standard design features of our protectors that is well loved and more, we are sure it gonna be another hit! So be on a lookout for more future post on this.
Expected to be launched in mid Jul 24.
