Greetings Guardians,
In Life, there is no such thing as a 100% sure thing. History have shown that even the best laid plans by the best of minds have been undone by some unforeseen circumstances that are beyond anyone’s control.
Such is the irony of life that despite months of careful preparations and planning, our 2nd batch of production run got delayed due to some unexpected issue. However, the issue have been resolved and our Factory will resume Production again soon. Our revised target date for shipment to arrive in Singapore will be in the 2nd week of November 2022. This will be our final run of the current design before we retire it & move over to a new design featuring our Toy Guard Logo as well as to make some minor quality improvements. We will be producing sufficient quantity of this current design to tide us over to ensure a seamless transition.
On a much brighter note, our Registered Design application for our first 3 Protector Types have been approved by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. At the moment, we are studying on how to apply for IP Protection internationally. Protecting & Safeguarding Toy Guard’s interest by having IP Protection for all its Products have been identified as a key component in order to have a competitive advantage against our competitors.
As mentioned, we are hard at work for our Team Transport & Twin Pack protectors and as it is starting to take shape, it is looking pretty darn Good! Looking forward to another successful soft launch for this.
